From October 10-14, 2022, IF ONE participated in GITEX GLOBAL 2022 in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
The annual GITEX GLOBAL trade fair, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, is considered one of the most important new technology events in the world. This year, they were attended by nearly 5,000 companies from 170 countries.
The main product we presented was the CreditONE application, dedicated to companies and loan funds, supporting the process of handling the loan application and processing loans until full repayment or the recovery stage. More information about the CreditONE application
CreditONE program has been of particular interest not only to local Emirati companies, but also to representatives from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Gulf countries because of its flexibility and ability to be easily parsed against the rules of Islamic banking, such as the absence of interest rates, the elimination of transactions that are unfair to either party, and the evaluation of ventures for which the loan is to be used for purposes discouraged by Islam.
IF ONE’s booth was part of the regional stand of the Wielkopolska Region as part of the Marshal’s Office’s co-financing of participation in the fair included in the area of the Smart Specialization ”ICT-based development”.
As part of the meetings organized during the fair, we also had the opportunity to participate in a special event dedicated to Polish entrepreneurs PolTech 2022 at Dubai Internet City, a government business park operating as a free economic zone for technology companies interested in business operations in the Emirates. The event, organized by MK Business Link in cooperation with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, allowed us to get to know the innovation hub that is Dubai Internet City from the inside and to establish perspective contacts with both Polish and Emirati companies and start-ups.
