The BrokerONE insurance broker company service system meets the requirements of personal data protection in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

BrokerONE provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data meets the requirements of Art. 32 GDPR:

      • pseudonymisation and anonymization,
      • ability to constantly ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience,
      • ability to quickly restore data availability in the event of a physical or technical incident,
  • regular testing, measuring and evaluation of technical and organizational measures to ensure security of processing

In accordance with art. 28 section 3e) BrokerONE also provides appropriate technical means to enable the data subject to monitor data processing. Thus, it fulfills the obligation to register and respond to a person’s requests for the exercise of rights set out in Chapter III of the GDPR:

      • the right to process based on consent,
      • the right to request an access to data,

      • the right to rectify data,

      • the right to be forgotten,

      • the right to limit processing,

      • the right to transfer data,

      • the right to object,

      • the right to limited automated decision making.
